Here's a rugby coaching session you can use to practise passing and catching skills, communication, as well as support play.
The idea of this rugby coaching session is to make the players spread the ball across the pitch to create gaps in the midfield through which to make breaks and penetrate the defence.

Touch rugby game
Set up a game of touch rugby, 15 v 15, on a full pitch. If a player in possession is touched between the two 15 metre lines, then the ball is turned over. If a player in possession is touched between the 15 metre line and touchline, they have three seconds to offload the ball, or go to ground to allow the ball to be recycled.
