Improve the body position of the tight head (right-hand prop or number 3), their lock and flanker to increase the power through the tight-head side of the scrum.
Two ruck pads.
Step 1: All square
Feet: Toes gripping ground, just over shoulder width apart.
Head: Neutral.
Shoulders: Arched back (like a chicken).
Hips: Tilted (shove the backside back).
Bend forward so you are looking at a point half a metre in front of you.
Step 2: Bind, set
Step 3: Bind in power triangle
Make sure all three players (tight head, lock, flanker) can show you a strong body profile. Work through: Feet, head, shoulders, hips
Check the driving positions on impact. Gripping with the toes, straight back
Bind together as a three. All three must drive in square
