Phil is a former England international who toured with the British Lions in 2001. After retiring, he worked in corporate finance at the same time as coaching England 7s before moving back into high-performance coaching.
His philosophy is building robust, hard-working, creative, open and challenging environments to help players succeed individually and collectively.
