Use this low-impact tackle exercise to focus on a good grip and finish to the tackle. With the ball carrier already falling, the tackler doesn’t have to unbalance their target and can therefore focus on the right height and strong grip.
Note, the ball carrier is "dipping" as they fall, so this tackle is made because the player is falling, so the tackler needs to be set low already and tackling from the side, not in front.
Swap roles. As we can see in the video, this is good chance to help players find the right and safe technique in a relatively low-impact scenario.
