THE STORY

“The wolf (the defender) aims to bring down the hero and steal the ball. The hero aims to save the ball and then, after a count of five, pass to a teammate. The wolf wins if they bring down the hero, steal the ball or force them out of the edges or starting end of the box.”

SET UP

Four cones, a ball.

HOW TO PLAY

  1. Put the wolf in the middle of the box, with the hero about 2m away. Put two other players at the other end on the corners.
  2. When you shout play, the hero aims to get to the far end, while the wolf aims to force them out of the box, steal the ball or put them on the ground.

  1. Count down from 5. After 5, the hero can save the ball by offloading it to a teammate outside the box. If the ball is dropped, the hero fails

DEVELOPMENTS

  • Start the wolf closer.
  • Add another wolf. They can enter the game when you finish the countdown.

NUMBERS

With three players, just have one teammate on the edge.
