Use this activity to develop evasive movement before contact. The players start with a jump before accelerating, changing angles and then accelerating away again. Ideal as a warm up exercise.
Players start in Auckland grid shape, with a pair running towards each other.
Start with the players jumping off a small box, though they can also do this by jumping over a pad or some cones.
Each player steps to the left to avoid each other in the middle.
Develop by the players twisting and turning inside of stepping.
