Core skills games and activities to improve fitness and agility

You want to keep training interesting and engaging while still working on core skills. You also want to challenge the players’ brains as well.

Here’s a range of ideas which you could use, including a session plan from expert coach Sean Holley.

You might want to start with some games, so choose from the Three games to improve fitness and skills. Our guide to these popular variations will give your training sessions a little extra edge, with the soak-up tackle game adding in an element of low impact outcomes.
