Win the ball that gives you more chances to score tries

The latest data coming from 2019 Super Rugby that the most profitable source of tries comes from lineouts.

That backs up the 2015 World Cup stats that 43% of tries also came from lineouts.

So, here are some activities, techniques and tactics to win your lineout so you can create plays to score more tries.
