What is applying pressure

This lesson is split into NN areas.

1. Pressure in action.
2. Ways for pressure to build.

We are going to consider that:

1. To score, overwhelm the defending team by finding time and space to score.
2. Apply pressure by disorganising the defence or finding a mismatch in speed or physicality.
3. Constant pressure can create scoring opportunities.
4. Pressure can be built over in series of phases of play or over a number of a period of time.

There will be some video to watch first, and then some questions to consider.
