A team which executes go forward, support and continuity efficiently and effectively will apply pressure on the defence.

Eventually, this pressure can lead to opportunities score, primarily through tries, but also from penalties as the opposition are forced to make mistakes.

We need to understand:

• WHY we need to apply pressure
• HOW to create and maintain pressure on the defence
